Malika Nungwi Hotel

The food was different to what I am used to but was very nice.

The property was as advertised — you get exactly what you see in the pictures. Daily cleaning was provided, and the pool was always clean and well maintained. The staff members were very polite and ready to help, especially the ladies working in the restaurant. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was an important aspect for me. Mr. Khalid was always around, making sure everything was running smoothly and ready to assist with anything you needed. Taxis were available right in front of the hotel gates to take you to the beach. There’s also a market across the street with all the essentials you might need. Overall, a very friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived, Mohammed made our stay truly unforgettable. His warm welcome, genuine kindness, and constant attention to detail set the tone for a wonderful experience. Every day, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy — whether it was remembering our preferences, offering helpful suggestions, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything. Mohammed’s professionalism is matched by his sincerity. He made us feel valued as guests and treated us like family. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Because of him, our stay was not just enjoyable — it was special. Thank you, Mohammed, for your exceptional service. You are a credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to return! I liked the staff, everyone was really nice, smiling, paying attention. Breakfast was good. The room was big and nice, it would have been better with more lights, only one bed light was working. Bed was comfy, lots of pillow . The massage at the hotel was good , try to pay cash or at the hotel not at the store across the street as they will charge you 10% commission. . The swimming pool is big.

OK, value for money. Good Air-con Welcoming staff Breakfast as expected, but ok- Toast, omelet, fruit, and juice/coffee. Hotek beginning to get old, so need some refreshment soon.
